Black ginger is one of the Thai’GI herb , GI is Geographic Indication. In Thailand we locate at Phetchabun Provin and We are Hmong tribe. who use the black ginger for long time ago.
Our Dried black ginger make from the fresh black ginger that harvest in the right time the plant growth 1 year long. The plants are old and full of value so we collected it and make it dry by our farm method.
